As loathe as they are to acknowledge it, UL's football team and coaching staff are in an admirable position entering the final month of the Sun Belt Conference's regular season.
The Ragin' Cajuns, after last weekend's open date, face a five-game gauntlet in 29 days to end the regular season, starting Saturday in their homecoming contest against Texas State. But in this case, gauntlet is not the right word.

The next game is the only game on the schedule...forget the fluff job, 1 game at a time, the goal is to play a 13th and 14th game...

The goal is to play to our own level every week, overlooking no one and never playing down to anyone. Beating the spread every week is also nice.

I really hope we see a ton of the 4th, 5th and 6th string RBs. We have a short week after TxSt and we need the big three to be fresh.

even the evil four letter posted a graphic that had cajuns fourth in nation in rushing!
