Crowley Aldermen Elliot Dore (light shirt) and Steven Premeaux look in disbelief at the damage done to the recently laid out grass in the median of Parkerson Ave. Apparently a truck was unloading some items at Cafe Joppe, when a vehicle (possibly two) exercised their impatience and passed the delivery truck, leaving deep tire ruts on the soft grass.
