Over the past few weeks there was a ton of noise from people about how terrible this hire was going to be. But now that we know who was actually hired, I'm really curious to know how the entire UL community feels about Jim Harris.

Uh, I wanted to see what everyone thought of the new hire, so I posted a poll. I know lots of people here specifically wanted Hale hired, so I put an option for them.
