A report today on Bloomberg Business detailed Radioshack’s plans to sell off its name separately from its assets, with a $20 million opening bid. As part of the sell-off, Radioshack will put up for sale its trademarks and other intellectual property. The opportunity_to purchase the RadioShack name was announced today in bankruptcy court. With the name being sold off separately, it’s possible we might see the brand_reborn as something else in the future.
