UL vs Texas State

It appears Ashley Brignac will start the first game against Texas State. I was thinking they might go Cuevas in the first one, Ashley in the second and Donna in the third.

Ashley really has only about 6-9 innings in her, so maybe the hope is that she goes only three innings in the first one and the Cajuns get a big lead and they can pull her and save her for later in the day.

I've learned to not doubt anything the Lotiefs do because it always seems to work out in the end, no matter how risky it seems at the time.

It's the right call. Donna B. pitched so late last night, that you don't want to bring her back for the first game today.

I didn't think Donna was an option. I was thinking Cuevas against Texas State and then Ashley against Baylor in the first championship game.
