LittleBits has been in the business of democratizing hardware prototyping. Today it’s taking another step towards that ultimate goal by launching the_bitLab user-created hardware store. If you’ve been using the modular hardware system and can’t find the module (or bit as they’re called) you need, now’s your chance to design and submit your own idea to be voted on by the community. Using the new littleBits HDK (Hardware Development Kit) you can build your own custom bit and share it on the bitLab site.
