Mobile app analytics firm Distimo [previous coverage] is being gobbled up by fellow app-ranking and market intelligence firm App Annie [previous coverage], a post on the company’s official blog reveals. Moving forward, Distimo’s best features will be merged into App Annie’s platform after which Distimo’s user data will be migrated over too.
