Cancer battle strengthens bond of UL softball player's family

It began with the shock of the news, family and friends rallied around the patient, prayers became much more plentiful and the everyday routine suddenly became very different for everyone involved.

The family of University of Louisiana softball right-fielder Shellie Landry has much in common with other families battling cancer.
