An untethered jailbreak for iOS7 has not been out for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The version is called the evasi0n7 and will run on any Apple device running iOS 7.0 through iOS 7.0.4. Any device jailbroken on iOS 6.1.x will be eligible for updating to iOS 7 without losing the existing jailbreak
