UNIV100 is an university-wide first-year seminar for all incoming freshmen that is offered as a 2 credit-hour interactive experience. It's what any good Liberal Arts school would want. Soft and fuzzy 101. It was done because of University accreditation. I was and am appaled at using this as a credit course. Maybe it makes up for students facing Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, Biology, etc. You know, real courses. Give the kids an app or a map.
